While clients' spending -- and, with it, agency bonuses -- is slowly resurfacing, agency-employee compensation has changed forever. For out of necessity comes genius. A more progressive compensation model has emerged and is taking hold, not only in the most contemporary of agencies but also among some traditional shops as well.
